Services are provided based on agreed scope, timelines, and service plans.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Ensure timely communication and feedback
  • Supply accurate and lawful content/materials
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes

Assistimatics is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client input.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed based on agreed pricing or subscription plans
  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business confidentiality:

  • All client data is handled securely
  • Information is not shared with third parties without consent
  • Our team operates under strict confidentiality agreements

6. Data Protection

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any data shared complies with applicable data protection laws. Assistimatics will take reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee absolute security.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided by the client remain the client’s property
  • Deliverables created by Assistimatics become the client’s property upon full payment
  • Assistimatics reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio purposes

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and consistent services. However:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

Assistimatics is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Errors resulting from incorrect client-provided information

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.


10. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • With written notice as per agreement
  • Immediately in case of breach of terms

No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.

11. Revisions and Scope Changes

  • Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges
  • Revisions are limited based on the service agreement

12. Third-Party Tools and Services

Assistimatics may use third-party tools or platforms to deliver services. We are not responsible for issues arising from those external services.

13. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit Assistimatics team members during the service period and for a defined period after termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

15. Updates to Terms

Assistimatics reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
